Fast friendly service all the staff here is very respectful. I’ve never had any issues. Just got my smog check done, even though the lot was full was out in 20 minutes and got stickers and tags and hand on the spot. Will recommend all my friends.

Was quoted $79.50 for a smog after I arrived and they already pulled my car back. I went on their website and seen a coupon and they took it after I already signed the papers. Ok cool. Had to pay $50. They hooked up the vehicle and I failed because I had a recent service done prior to coming and I didn’t drive it enough. Which I feel like was BS. I paid and the man gave me a paper that said my retest will be $39.75. Why did I end up paying $48. A total of $98 for a damn smog. Then I was like I might as well get my tags here. He charges a $48 dmv fee which is absolutely absurd. I ended up not getting my tags with him and I just went to a dmv kiosk. What a rip off and I will never return to this place! Edit: So what… Had I brought it up in person would the price of the services change? Nooo. So what good what that do? I don’t have to turn up and act crazy in your place of business. I can be nice and still have my reservations. Like I said all your fees are a rip off and I can’t believe I drove across town to come here. I passed by many other smog places that are a fraction of your price. Your replies to people on here are actually shocking. You need to work on your customer servi

This is one of the best businesses we have in Clovis. All Star Smog has been helping my family for 10+ years now. They have always been honest with me and I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. That's why I've taken my parents, wife, son, and all of their friends there. If you need to get your car smogged by a trustworthy shop or you cant stand waiting for hours at the dmv then go to All Star Smog. It's the kind of business that makes your town feel like home.

Update 2: now this business is accusing us of blackmailing them for a refund. They were the ones that offered to give it to us in their original reply to our review! They acknowledged that their behavior was inappropriate, and they gave us the refund. They tried getting my husband to delete the review, but all he said is he MIGHT do it. Now they charged us the refund back illegally because they are upset that we used our rights to let future customers aware that this is not a safe place to do business. Please be careful everyone, these people are scammers and will harass you until you do what they want. We have recordings, receipts, and screenshot to prove all of our statements. Update1: We did in fact get a refund. BUT they charged the refund back onto our card. This is illegal. A business cannot place anuathorized charges without your permission. Because we didn't take our comments down describing our experience. There was nothing signed, we have all the receipts stating everything. We tried calling but they hung up on us. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE THEIVES!!! We will not let a business bully us to silence us. Called to inquire about prices, and they quoted me $50. When I arri

I decided to give All Star Smog a try after seeing a mix of good and bad reviews, and I’m glad I did. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and got everything done quickly. They explained the process clearly, and everything was electronically transmitted to the DMV, which made it really convenient. I was also able to take care of my DMV tags at the same time, which saved me an extra trip. Very smooth and hassle-free service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend All Star Smog to anyone looking for a reliable smog shop.
